Mark Rohde, CEO
Mark is chief executive officer and one of the founding partners. Mark brings a wealth of knowledge in technology design and integration, network operations and risk management with a passionate focus on customer care and satisfaction. Before assuming his current role, Mark served as vice president of network operations at Network Partners with responsibility for information technology, service delivery, and service management. Prior to that position, he served in various network operations functions with international Internet-backbone provider, Level 3 Communications. Mark earned a bachelors degree in economics and finance from The University of Texas at Dallas. He also has technical certifications and training from Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Aruba, EMC, Nortel, Sonus, and Lucent-Alcatel.
Stephen York, Principal
Stephen is a founding partner and a principal in the organization. Stephen brings thirty plus years of experience in financial and operational roles, including a decade as a chief information officer (CIO). Stephen is also chief administrative officer and principal of Spartan Energy. His previous roles included CIO at Exterran, chief accounting officer, head of investor relations, and CIO at Hanover Compression. He also had increasing roles and responsibilities with Bank of America including becoming a Senior Vice President and began his career with KPMG, a national public accounting firm. Stephen earned his bachelors degree in accounting from Baylor University and an EMBA from Queens University in Charlotte, NC.
